Manufacturing Capabilities

We take pride in being a custom shop and providing the kind of service typically associated with small operations.  The computer-monitored equipment we use, our  continually updated manufacturing processes, and our experienced employees allow us to create consistent finished products that meet strict engineering tolerances, both within budget and on schedule.

Inland Plastics, Inc. produces custom injection molded parts for a wide variety of industries, including construction, consumer products, furniture, lighting, refrigeration, point-of-purchase, cooling tower, environmental, and many other industrial applications.  While we do not specialize in any one industry or limit the types of parts we produce, more and more of the work that we do is with larger molds.  We produce products up to 2' x 2'; we also produce parts with wall sections up to .500" thick.  We have equipment available that will produce plastic parts with a finished weight from .1 ounce to 60 ounces, with clamping capabilities from 50 tons to 500 tons.  While we have the capability to produce large parts, we do not specialize in this area to the exclusion of smaller part production.  Inland Plastics, Inc. will produce any product that is within the capabilities of our equipment resources and the experience of our staff.
